The room offered plenty of space with a small fridge, making it convenient. Location stood out. just a short walk to the city center. Free WiFi worked well and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. the lack of someone on site after check-in time was frustrating. Parking instructions weren't clear. I ended up with a fine despite following advice given over the phone. My room had old fixtures, and although it was clean, there were unsettling smells in common areas. I found it hard to relax due to strict noise policies. I expected more freedom in my stay.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12convenient locationroom amenitiescomfortable staypoor cleanliness
The location is quite convenient for those needing quick access to the hospital, making it an ideal pick for medical visits. Rooms are equipped with fridges, providing an essential touch for any late-night snack cravings.
Unfortunately, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I encountered mold, unsightly stains on the linens, and grime in the shower and fridge. The small, outdated room felt cramped, with not much room to maneuver, especially with a fridge awkwardly placed next to the bed that rattled intermittently—definitely a pain for a good night's sleep. communication about parking permits was inadequate, leading to parking fines, which certainly put a damper on my stay. The breakfast situation was a flop too. receiving a basket of pre-packaged items meant for later didn't sit right, especially in warm weather. I also missed having clean mugs replaced during my visit.

The location was great, especially being near the hospital, which was super convenient. While the room was clean and generally comfortable, it was a bit small for two, and some sound from neighbors was noticeable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay feel welcoming.

The stay was suitable for a last-minute escape with my daughter, especially since we live nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of accommodation and the fact that everything was provided, making it a convenient choice. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed watching Netflix during our stay. there was a minor issue with a noisy fridge, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
